What are the shipping costs for orders under $75?

Shipping costs depend on the size of your order but will not exceed $6.95 unless expedited shipping is selected.  Free shipping is provided on all orders over USD $75 (excluding expedited shipping).

What is the expected delivery time?

Please allow 10-20 days for delivery.  This may be slightly longer for countries outside of the US. Please see our shipping page for more details

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, and in most cases can ship to APO addresses.

How can I check where my package is?

We endeavor to provide tracking for all our orders.  If you would like your tracking number,  please send us an email to : support@gearoll.com

Why didn't all my items arrive at the same time?

We believe it's important that you get your items as soon as possible. Due to our large inventories and multiple warehouses it's faster to ship out orders individually - at no added cost to you!

How can I track my order?

All prices in our store are in USD.

Do you provide discounts on bulk orders?

I am concerned about sizing

If you have taken measurements and checked our sizing chart and are still unsure, just send us an email with your measurements and we will recommend a size for you.

Do you provide an exchange for wrong sizing?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exchange for incorrect sizing unless in extreme circumstances.  Please refer to our returns policy for further information.

I want to cancel my order

All sales are considered final but if you really need to cancel your order you have 24 hours to contact us regarding cancelation, after that we cannot cancel any order due to moving to shipment process.
